Extracting Worm from Childs Leg, Ghana
John Cartledge during his visit to Ireland explained the conditions people live under in the area of Ghana where he serves Jesus Christ as a missionary. The people drink contaminated water containing small worms which grow inside the body and eventually burrow their way out of the body on another area such as the leg or foot. This affliction could be prevented using a system to make the water sfe befor drinking. John showed pictures of equipment he has helped install that uses a car battery to make the water in a large tank safe for drinking.
