The single entrance door to the Church has a special frame to take a shutter at times of high tides.


Shutter to keep high tides out of Church 
The white shutter is placed in the slot at thedoor to prevent the sea flooding the most northerly Presbyterian Church in Ireland during times of high tides. The stunningly beautiful Five Finger Strand is only a short distance away.
