Meringues
Ingredients
- 4 Egg Whites
- 8 ozs Caster Sugar
Method
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add half of the caster sugar and beat for approx. 10 mins.
Add the rest of the sugar and beat for a min.
Pipe onto parchment paper.
Oven Temperature – 100 C
Cooking Time – 2 hrs
