Mushroom Soup
Ingredients
- 25g butter
- 25g flour
- 500ml chicken stock
- 250ml milk
- 175g mushrooms, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper
Method
Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil, whisking all the time.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 – 30 mins.
Season to taste.
Garnish and serve.
If preferred, soup can be pureed in a food processor.
