Psalm 31 is a good place to seek help in all times of circumstances. This includes: being in danger, in temptation, during spiritual turmoil, concerned about bad health, when lonely, under persecution and feeling rejected,

Our life is in God’s hands …

When life is in danger.                           (vs. 1-3)

 

Our life is in God’s hands …

When facing temptation.                         (vs.4-5)

 

Our life is in God’s hands …

When we are in spiritual turmoil.           (vs.6-8)

 

Our life is in God’s hands …

When we face failing health.                (vs. 9-10)

When we feel lonely.                          (vs. 11-13)

When we are being persecuted.        (vs. 14-20)
