Profiteroles Chocolate Eclairs
Ingredients
- ¼ pt Cold Water
- 2 ozs Butter / Margarine
- 2 ½ ozs Plain Flour
- 2 Eggs – size 3
Method
Boil the water and butter.
Add the flour and beat for 2 – 3 mins.
Lightly beat the eggs and beat into mixture.
Spoon or pipe onto baking tray.
Don’t open oven door during cooking.
Prick when cooked.
Oven Temperature – 200 C
Cooking Time – 15 – 20 mins
Chocolate Sauce
200g Dairy Milk Chocolate
1 oz Butter
1 tbsp. Golden Syrup
2 tbsp. Milk
Melt chocolate, butter and syrup over a low heat and stir in the milk.
