Alastair spoke on two previous occasions at the YPC. In 2001 he and his wife mary went to establish an international church in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan. He retired in August 2008 and has settled in August, Scotland. Alastair has visited Northern Ireland many times over the years. His teaching on previous visits was biblical, relevant and challenging. We look forward to a blessed time in 2011.

A well knownfigure in Scottish evangelical circles, from 2001 to 2008Alastair ministered in the former Soviet Republic ofKyrgystan as Pastor of Bishkek International Church. Hepreviously ministered in the Church of Scotland parishesof Galashiels, Wester Hailes, Edinburgh, and thenRutherglen Stonelaw. Married to Mary, Alastair comes toPortstewart with a reputation as a gifted expositor ofGod’s Word.
