Africa Inland Mission AIM

Peanuts, crisps, sweets, prayer, orange juice, tea, coffe, real live missionaries, drama, PowerPoint, video clips, Bible reading, singing and DVD were part of the atmosphere at the AIM weekend.

Representatives from Africa Inland Mission took part in a very very interesting Missionary Weekend at Waterside and Fahan Presbyterian Churches. This was the fist occasion a team had taken our Missionary Weekend.
Collections were taken up in both Churches for this priceless work by dedicated and motivated Chritians who are following God's calling to serve overseas.

Founded in 1895, Africa Inland Mission is an evangelical, interdenominational organisation with the goal of seeing ‘Christ-centred churches among all African peoples.’

Africa Inland Mission

Serving across Africa, and ministering to Africans living in Europe. AIM works in partnership with the African church to reach Africa’s unreached peoples with the Good News of Jesus Christ.

With over 100 years experience, AIM International is an evangelical, interdenominational organisation with the goal of seeing ‘Christ-centred churches among all African peoples.’

Africa Inland Mission has over 930 people working in over 20 countries in Africa, all sharing the same goal of reaching out to those who have never heard the gospel.

To date, over four million people worship in churches founded through the work of AIM and that work continues. However, we have a heart for African people, and that’s why our work isn’t restricted to the African continent but includes reaching Africans in the UK and Europe as well.

TWO YEAR TRAINING PROGRAMME
TIMO is a two-year training programme rum by Africa Inland Mission with a team approach to learning. TIMO (pronounced ‘team-o’) teams consist of a group of six to ten members led by an experienced missionary or couple. The team looks to share the Good News of Jesus by living among people who are unreached or partially unreached with the gospel.

As well as following an intensive syllabus all TIMO teams live by twelve core values
