Bowls

The indoor club meets in the Hall on Monday evenings from 8pm to 10:30pm and plays on two mats. The members come from our own Church and also from the local area.

An enthuastic group of Bowls Club members at a Peace III funded training evening in the Church Hall. The photograph was taken at the end of an enjoyable competative yet light hearted evening. There was a break that evening (like every week) for tea and lovely tray bakes. The Club has been running for may years.

We are always keen to have new members. The Club acquired ‘affiliated status’ shortly after the new Hall was built and the members take part in Bowling Club matches and local friendly tournaments.

The scores may not be massive but the companionship is great.
