Vegetable Animals at Harvest Thanksgiving

The Church was tastefully decorated for the Harvest Thanksgiving Service.

Can you name the vegetables in the decoration made by the Youth Club?
There were vegetables, fruit, flowers, stalks of wheat, bull rushes, butter and animals made from potatoes and carrots.


There was a range of brilliant animals made by an enthuastic group of young adults.

These small animals, made by the Friday night Youth Club members were very popular with the congregation.

This girl sat very good during the whole Harvest Thanksgiving Service at Fahan.

The purpose of the annual Thanksgiving Service is to say thank you to God for his bountifull gifts, above all for the gift of his son Jesus Christ who died on the Cross for all who trust in Him.

After the Harvest Service everyone was invited to the Hall for tea, sandwiches, pavlova and home made tray bakes.
