Butter Shortbread

Ingredients

 

Method

Beat butter and caster sugar together until white and creamy.

Beat in the flour and cornflour.

Roll out on floured board and cut into rounds.

Makes 2 dozen.

 

Oven temperature – 180 C

Cooking Time – 20 mins (until golden brown).
