• 500g Dolmio Bolognese Sauce
    • 1 lb Mince
    • 1 Onion - finally chopped
    • 1 Carrot - grated (optional)
    • Salt and Pepper
    • 7 1/2 Sheets Pre-Cook Lasagne

 Cheese Sauce

    • 1 oz Plain Flour
    • 1 oz Butter or Margarine
    • 1/2 Pint Milk
    • 4 oz Cheddar Cheese
    • Salt and Pepper



Dry  Fry mince and onion until mince is brown.  Add Bolognese Sauce and cook.

Soak Lasagne in boiled water.

Make cheese sauce by melting the butter or margarine. Add the flour and cook, stirring until sandy in texture and colour.  

Add milk and whisk vigorously so that no lumps develop. Cook for approx. 5 mins.

 Add nearly all the cheese, reserving a little for the top, and allow to melt.

Spread half the mince over base of flat pie dish. Arrange a layer of lasagne over the meat.

Pour half the sauce over this. Put a layer of lasagne over the sauce.

Spread remaining mince over lasagne, then a layer of lasagne and finish with a layer of sauce on top. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

Cook in oven at 180oC

Cooking Time: 30/35mins.
