Method

Beat eggs & add caster sugar.

Beat until the mixture holds a figure of eight.

Sieve in half the flour and fold in with a metal spoon.

Fold in remaining sifted flour.

Pour into 2 prepared sandwich tins.

 

Oven Temperature – 180 C

Cooking Time – 15 – 20 mins
