- 2ozs margarine
- ½ tin condensed milk
- 7ozs digestive biscuits
- 6oz marshmallows
- 4oz coconut
- white chocolate
Crush the digestive biscuits in a plastic bag using a rolling pin. Cut the mini marshmallows in two.
Place margarine and condensed milk into a saucepan. Melt over a gentle heat until margarine has melted. Remove from heat and add crushed biscuits, coconut and marshmallows.
Mix well and place in swiss roll tin. Firm into tin using fingertips.
Cover immediately with melted chocolate and sprinkle with crushed digestive biscuit. Cut into squares when cold.
