- 12ozs margarine
- 6ozs caster sugar
- 6ozs flour
- 3ozs coconut
- 13ozs flakemeal (porridge oats)
Cream margarine and sugar.
Beat in flour.
Mix in coconut and flakemeal.
Roll on floured board and cut into rounds.
When cooked sprinkle with sugar.
Oven Temperature – 180 C
Cooking Time – 20 mins
