Jesus is Lord - Romans Chapter 10 v 9
Cut chicken fillets into strips and coat in seasoned flour and sauté in a little sunflower oil and butter,
Place in casserole.
Sauté mushrooms and peppers in some oil and butter, adding extra if necessary
Place on top of fillets in casserole.
Put chutney directly on top of vegetables
(no extra liquid is necessary).
Cover with lid or tinfoil and cook for one hour.
Before serving add double cream and re-heat thoroughly.
Serve with rice.
