Jesus is Lord - Romans 10: 9

Caramel Squares


Base –         

    • 4 ozs Margarine
    • 2 ozs Caster Sugar
    • 6 ozs Flour


Carmel –     



Beat margarine and caster sugar together.

Add flour and beat well.

Place in swiss roll tin.

Cook in oven 180 C for 15 – 20 mins until golden brown. Allow to cool.

Put margarine, caster sugar, condensed milk and golden syrup in a plastic bowl. Stir well.

Place in microwave for 6 mins at full power.

Stir at intervals during cooking.

Allow to cool slightly and spread over base.

Cover with melted chocolate and cut into squares.
